Ownership

Users who have bought NFTs will automatically be made part of the ongoing tournament or will be made part of the next tournament if the ongoing tournament has concluded. It must be noted that users who sell their NFTs instantly lose ownership of the Gabimon and can't claim any prizes that the Gabimon may potentially win in the ongoing/future tournaments while the new owner is subject to everything regarding that Gabimon from then on.

Simulator

The ArenaMon battles are all carried out by the built-in simulator and is precisely why users do not need to play and battle on their own. It gives a fair chance to every Gabimon to try and win, even when the odds are stacked against it. The simulator is unbiased by all means and is only influenced by the Win/Lose percentage.

Win/Lose Percentage

Every battle in Arenamon is characterised by percentages of winning and losing for either of the Gabimon, going head-to-head in a fight. There is a total of 100% in any battle and by default, all gabimon have 50%/50% of winning/losing chances in a battle. This percentage is divided between the Gabimon before the start of a battle and changes in the percentage are characterised by the types of the Gabimon, and other special versions that they have(detailed below).

Gabimon Types

Gabimon have a total of fifteen types. They are as shown below.

These types have advantages and disadvantages over each other. They can be understood by studying the chart below.

The chart is studied on a column-to-row basis. To understand the advantage/disadvantage, we first look at the type in the extreme right column and then match it to the type in the topmost row.

The advantage of one type over another is understood by the green-marked 60%(70% in a few cases) while the disadvantage is understood by the red-marked 40%(30% in a few cases). No advantage /disadvantage is understood by the cells marked 1. For instance, in the first row, we see that the Combat type has 1:1 with Draco, meaning no advantage/disadvantage over each other. However, the Combat type has 60% over Insect type, meaning it has more chances of winning against an insect type Gabimon and similarly, it has 40% over Neuro, meaning it has lower chances of winning against a Neuro type Gabimon.

There is one Gabimon called Divinizos (Gabimon#9961 to Gabimon#10000) which has all types and multiple versions of itself. It is a Legendary Gabimon and creator of all other Gabimons. It is kept for future marketing purposes as of now and will act as an "Arenabot", meaning having a loss percentage of 100% and is not currently available for sale.

Special Versions

Gabimon have special versions of themselves which influence the Win/Lose Percentage and may be instrumental in deciding the fate of a battle. Moreover, these Special Versions help make each gabimon unique and give a different dynamic to each battle being played out. There are 13 Special Versions as shown below.

The changes that these Special Versions bring about in the Win/Lose Percentage is as follows.

These effects are directly applied to a Gabimon's own Winning percentage. For instance, if a Gabimon has the special versions Legendary and Burnt, it's winning percentage will increase by 9%, +10% for Legendary version while -1% for Burnt version.

All percentages are automatically calculated by the battle simulator itself.

Combinations

Negative special versions can only exist singly, meaning the maximum negative a Gabimon can get is -1% and not more. Gabimons with multiple positive Special Versions are possible, increasing your chances greatly. The Special Versions are of 5 categories: Basic(Positive), Basic(Negative), Foils, Shiny, and Legendary.

  1. Basic Positive Special Versions: Super+, Love

  2. Basic Negative Special Versions: Poisoned, Paralyzed, Burnt, Frozen, Confused, Scared

  3. Foils Special Versions: Bronze, Silver, Gold

  4. Shiny Special Version

  5. Legendary Special Version

Special Versions of each category are distinct and may or may not appear together with Special Versions of other Categories. For instance,

  1. Basic Negative Versions only appear with Legendary Versions and no other Versions(Ex: Legendary and Poisoned, totaling +9% in Win Percentage)

  2. Basic Positive Versions can appear with Legendary (Ex: Legendary and Super+, totaling +11% in Win Percentage)

  3. Shiny Versions appear normally or combined with Foils or Legendary version, but no Basic Positive or Negative versions(Ex: Shiny, Silver, and Legendary, totaling +22% in Win Percentage)

  4. Foils appear only with Legendary and Shiny versions(Ex: Gold and Shiny, totaling +13% in Win Percentage)

  5. Legendaries can appear along with all other Special Versions, although a positive and negative interaction barring the Legendary effect is not possible(Ex: Legendary and Super+ is possible, totaling +11% in Win Percentage, while Legendary, Super+ and Poisoned is not possible)

All Special versions appear along with normal typings of all Gabimon(Legendary and Non-Legendary) singly, that is, we have Gabimon which has only one type and one Special Version, and no other Special Versions to go with it(Nature+Gold, Flame+Burnt, etc.) and that applies to all 13 Special Versions.
